Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company between operational stakeholders and the Information Systems Department to ensure business needs are effectively represented
- Support the ongoing operations, optimization, and enhancement of assigned reputed company applications
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with operational leaders, end users, application teams, and technical resources to understand business needs and reputed company effective solutions
- Participate in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system design, testing, issue reputed company, and implementation activities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of IT work experience; OR
- Three (3) years of work experience in business analysis reputed company a hospital or reputed company organization; OR
- High school diploma or GED and nine (9) years of IT work experience

- Experience working with reputed company information systems and business/operational stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate operational requirements into effective technology solutions
