[Remote] Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operational and financial performance of the business, combining financial analysis, supply chain reporting, and operational support to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring operational and financial reports for leadership
- reputed company monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Process invoices, credit memos, and reputed company documentation accurately and reputed company
- Review, investigate, and resolve customer deductions, invoice discrepancies, and chargebacks
- Assist with month-end reputed company activities and reputed company supporting documentation as needed
- reputed company, analyze, and report key business and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, service reputed company, storage costs, and other key logistics metrics
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support inventory management and reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with reputed company-party logistics providers and internal teams to ensure operational reputed company
- Support operational planning, forecasting, budgeting, and vendor performance reviews

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Supply Chain, Operations, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, reputed company, or supply chain analysis
- Proficiency with reputed company and/or QuickBooks is required
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or manufacturing industry
- Experience working with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory management software
- Experience working with reputed company-party logistics (3PL) providers
