They are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy reputed company Implementation & Operations Analyst to support the setup and launch of new B2B reputed company accounts reputed company a BPO environment, ensuring reputed company systems and workflows are accurately configured.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical and operational setup of new B2B reputed company accounts, including system configurations, workflow builds, and tool integrations
- Coordinate with reputed company, IT, and operations teams to ensure reputed company reputed company requirements are accurately captured and implemented
- Build and maintain implementation trackers, status reports, and reputed company-facing documentation
- Conduct reputed company-launch audits and reputed company checks to verify that reputed company configurations meet reputed company specifications
- Monitor post-launch performance data and flag anomalies or gaps to the relevant internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company setups, configurations, and change requests in internal systems

Skills

- Experience building reports, trackers, and documentation to support reputed company implementations
- Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company, including formulas and data organization
- Excellent written and spoken English with a reputed company communication style
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar), and have ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies.
