This individual will function as the primary contract reviewer and negotiator for a portfolio of clinical research and reputed company agreements supporting reputed company World Evidence (reputed company) and reputed company services.
Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and redline contract language
- Manage site reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and consulting agreements
- Support analytics-as-a-service and consulting services agreements
- Advise operations teams on contractual risk and business terms
- Partner closely with leadership on reputed company reputed company and execution
- Serve as the primary reputed company subject matter expert following retirement of the reputed company Director
Skills
- 10–15+ years of clinical contracting experience
- Clinical research contract negotiation and management
- Site agreements and clinical study reputed company
- Registry and reputed company World Evidence (reputed company) contracting
- IDE study agreements
- HCP consulting agreements
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Data reputed company considerations (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Subject injury language and risk provisions
- Medical device industry experience
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Experience supporting clinical research organizations and medical device companies
