They are seeking a Director of Product Management for Identity to reputed company the reputed company and execution of identity integration, platform, and reputed company management, ensuring secure operations across reputed company reputed company environments.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term reputed company for reputed company’s identity reputed company for humans, agents, and machines
- Own capabilities across: SAML / OIDC authentication flows, provisioning & deprovisioning, just-in-time provisioning, policies and role-based reputed company control, conditional reputed company
- Ensure reputed company supports reputed company reputed company identity architectures including: reputed company workflows, reputed company delegation, multi-tenant organizations, multi-agent mappings, and machine workloads
- Improve resiliency, reliability, and observability of identity integrations
- Define platform standards for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
- Partner with Engineering & Design to reputed company the underlying identity architecture that supports: reputed company reputed company, high-volume provisioning (agent swarms), policy orchestration, and reputed company-grade reliability
- Drive architectural reputed company that balance: Flexibility for reputed company customization, simplicity in reputed company configuration, and reputed company-first design principles
- Influence multi-product platform integration across Password Manager and Extended reputed company Management capabilities
- Ensure reputed company workflows are supported by durable backend systems—not just surface-level UX improvements
- Own the product reputed company for: reputed company controls and governance frameworks, Role-based reputed company controls (RBAC), Delegated administration, Audit logs and compliance reporting, Ensure reputed company customers can confidently operationalize reputed company policies at reputed company
- Support highly regulated industries with identity and reputed company architecture that meets compliance expectations
- Work closely with: reputed company (identity infrastructure, authentication services), reputed company Architecture, reputed company & Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering (reputed company reputed company deployments), and Design (reputed company and reputed company experiences)
- Influence multi-year roadmap planning for identity and authentication capabilities
- Drive alignment across teams on architectural trade-offs and prioritization
- Build a high-performing team of Product Managers responsible for our identity infrastructure, including integrations, scaling provisioning and policy enforcement, authentication/authorization architectures, and auditability
Skills
- 10+ years in Product Management or reputed company field with increasing scope and leadership
- 3+ years leading PM teams in reputed company B2B reputed company
- Deep experience building or owning identity, authentication, or directory-integrated systems
- Proven reputed company record partnering with engineering on platform-level architecture reputed company
- Experience supporting reputed company deployments involving reputed company IdP configurations
- Experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth
- Systems thinker who understands how identity architecture impacts activation, retention, and expansion
- Comfortable discussing authentication protocols and platform trade-offs with engineers
- Data-driven approach to reputed company and identity health metrics
- Exceptional cross-functional reputed company who can reputed company Platform, Product, and GTM
- Ability to translate reputed company identity infrastructure into reputed company reputed company experiences
- Executive-level communication skills and strong product intuition
