Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company design-build reputed company from preconstruction through project completion
- reputed company conceptual estimates and project budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and clients
- reputed company project schedules, financial performance, reputed company, and safety
- Manage multiple project phases while maintaining strong reputed company relationships
- Drive successful project execution from reputed company through closeout
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a reputed company General Contractor or Design-Build contractor (candidates from larger GCs with equivalent progression will also be considered)
- Experience managing reputed company construction reputed company from preconstruction through completion
- Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and reputed company management skills
- Experience managing reputed company in the $2M–$10M+ reputed company
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reputed company design-build environment
- Experience with reputed company, Premier, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company P6, Viewpoint, or MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a reputed company field
- PMP or other project management certification
