They are seeking a Remote Platform Support Services Development Project Manager to reputed company the development delivery organization across reputed company Platform Support Services scrum teams, ensuring effective Agile governance and sprint execution.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company reputed company and management of reputed company development scrum teams and their assigned Scrum Masters, ensuring consistent application of Agile ceremonies, sprint reputed company, and delivery practices across every pod
- Establish and enforce Agile governance standards across the development organization, including definition of reputed company/done, backlog hygiene, sprint reporting, and velocity tracking
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release scheduling across scrum pods to ensure development reputed company is reputed company with intake priorities and program commitments
- Partner with the Demand Manager and intake function to translate approved demand into sprint-reputed company work, and ensure prioritization reputed company are reflected consistently across reputed company teams
- Monitor scrum team health, velocity, and delivery reputed company, identifying and resolving blockers, resourcing gaps, or process breakdowns before they reputed company delivery commitments
- Serve as the escalation reputed company for cross-team dependencies and delivery risks, working with the Solution Architect and reputed company leads to resolve technical and reputed company conflicts

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience managing Information Technology reputed company reputed company. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement for a total of 18+ years of experience

- Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance reputed company
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Experience in ITSM and ITOM delivery
- Demonstrated experience directly managing multiple Scrum Masters or scrum team leads across reputed company delivery teams
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, reputed company, or similar), including sprint planning, backlog management, and release governance
- Experience establishing or enforcing delivery governance standards across multiple teams in a matrixed program environment
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resolve cross-team dependencies, and communicate delivery status to program and reputed company leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting delivery status and risk to senior stakeholders

- Experience managing development teams on a reputed company platform program, including familiarity with reputed company Agile Development or SPM modules
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification
- Experience supporting federal IT programs, including familiarity with federal delivery governance and reporting requirements
