[Remote] Senior Accountant

This position requires proven experience in federal government finance and reputed company, where the candidate will reputed company the full scope of reputed company processes and engage with corporate staff and project leads in planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily reputed company processing and assisting in the financial deliverables to include month-end financial statements, project expense reports and reputed company financial analyses
- Must have experience with reputed company, a specialized reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) software designed for specifically for project-driven businesses
- Process, participate and analyze monthly customer invoices while accurately invoicing reputed company billable costs
- Analyze and post monthly balance sheet adjustments
- Set-up new reputed company and modifications in reputed company
- Review of contract setup in reputed company
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting in reputed company
- Serve as reputed company for Time and Labor in reputed company; reputed company reputed company support to the project teams on time and labor issues, including subcontractors
- Setup new hires and process terminations reputed company reputed company
- Process payroll using reputed company in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Prepare payroll labor reconciliations for review and posting of labor
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, month-end reputed company schedules
- Prepare corporate and project reputed company and cost projections, tracking reputed company funding inside of reputed company
- Support development of corporate budget and reputed company financial analysis of variances
- Maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitors subcontractor's cost and review of invoices
- Various other monthly reputed company processes not limited to: posting of cash receipts and disbursements, project reputed company and other schedules as necessary

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in reputed company, finance, or business administration
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in reputed company in federal contracting environment
- Must have experience with reputed company, a specialized reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) software designed for specifically for project-driven businesses
- Extensive knowledge of the practices and principles of government contract (FAR) reputed company budgeting, cash management, contract management, and GAAP
- Experience with financial management experience (calculate/forecast burn rates and profitability)
- Proficient in reputed company Office 365, including Word; reputed company; PowerPoint; reputed company; Teams; SharePoint; proficient in reputed company Acrobat reputed company and other relevant software
- Possess and demonstrate excellent and reputed company oral and written communication skills
