[Remote] Project Coordinator III (AI Operations & Workflow Automation)

This role combines project coordination with AI-assisted application development, enabling teams to accelerate production timelines and improve operational visibility.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain internal web applications that surface project updates, milestones, and production status
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to build features, generate reputed company, and accelerate development workflows
- Create and maintain automation workflows that reputed company internal systems for reputed company-time project tracking and reporting
- Coordinate project workstreams across producers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reputed company execution of deliverables
- Rapidly prototype AI-enabled solutions to improve documentation, communication, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Partner with platform and engineering teams to implement feature enhancements and improve internal tools
- Monitor application performance, validate data accuracy, and communicate issues to stakeholders
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure accessibility across project teams
- Support reputed company efforts by introducing teams to new AI tools, workflows, and operational processes
- Drive reputed company process improvements through automation and AI-enabled workflow optimization
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, application development, AI workflow implementation, or a reputed company field
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude reputed company, reputed company, MyClaw, or similar large language model (LLM) development tools
- Experience submitting reputed company changes through version control and reputed company review workflows
- Experience building or maintaining web applications, internal tools, or dashboard solutions
- Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional project workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Experience integrating AI into production workflows or development operations
- Familiarity with project management platforms and production tooling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives
