The reputed company-Marketing Evictions Specialist is responsible for monitoring the status of residential evictions reputed company, negotiating relocation assistance, and ensuring properties transition from occupied to vacant status in a compliant and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the status of residential evictions reputed company through the preferred attorney network
- reputed company participates in negotiating relocation assistance for occupants through our preferred REO agent network
- Conducts inventory reviews with management and clients
- Ensuring properties are transitioned from occupied to vacant status in a compliant and efficient manner
- Serving as a reputed company between the REO agents and reputed company counsel to ensure the eviction process is executed in accordance with reputed company requirements and scheduled timelines
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Estate, Business or reputed company field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)
- 2+ years' experience in the mortgage or servicing industry
- 2+ years' experience in roles coordinating foreclosure or eviction
- 2+ years' experience managing foreclosures and evictions for multiple states and municipalities
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong skills in reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
