[Remote] Design Project Manager

They are seeking reputed company Data Center Design Project Managers to manage the design process and facilitate reputed company requirements for hyperscale data centers throughout the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate reputed company requirements for the design of hyperscale data centers throughout the reputed company
- The Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design process from reputed company planning/reputed company of the design stage through issuance of construction drawings. This will include the creation of a shared plan for the execution of design and reputed company of the construction administration services provided by the external design team, as reputed company as coordination of procurement, issue, and administration of change orders reputed company to design and project scope, issuance of engineering information to reputed company vendors and suppliers, etc
- Ability to work with reputed company Teams, building strong reputed company relationships that produce reputed company work, reputed company reputed company communication reputed company to the project, and ensure the progression of the project meets required milestones and deadlines
- Ability to travel to project site, reputed company meetings, etc. Travel is anticipated to total up to 30% of the employee’s schedule
- Ensure project deliverables meet the reputed company, deadlines, and are presented in the format required by the final reputed company, as reputed company as reputed company Teams
Skills
- 10 or more years of project design experience with data center designs, OR large reputed company construction reputed company like hospitals, high-rises, laboratories, manufacturing plants, or high-power plants, is also acceptable
- Experience working with reputed company multidisciplinary teams, as reputed company as working directly with final reputed company teams
- Experience in the preparation of project plans, technical specifications, development of project implementation plans and schedules, as reputed company as the coordination of reputed company Teams
- Experience working with reputed company that utilize reputed company knowledge of reputed company Platforms: reputed company Construction reputed company (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineered solutions
- BA in Architecture or Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Strong communication skills – oral and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple reputed company with evolving priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Preferred licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred
