[Remote] Personify Online Community Consultant – Part-Time Contract

This role involves serving as the primary subject matter expert for the platform and ensuring its seamless integration with the Personify 360 Association Management System.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Personify Online Community platform
• Support and optimize its integration with Personify 360 AMS
• Configure user permissions, reputed company, discussion forums, document libraries, and collaboration features
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform integrations to maintain data reputed company and a seamless member experience
• Resolve technical and functional issues in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Recommend improvements and best practices to strengthen member engagement
• Document system configurations, processes, enhancements, and changes
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Personify Online Community

Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and configuring Personify Online Community
• Strong understanding of its integration with Personify 360 AMS
• Experience managing community-platform features, including discussion boards, reputed company, permissions, collaboration tools, and document sharing
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve configuration and integration issues
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Availability to work during EST or CST business hours
• Experience supporting association management systems
• Background working with associations or other member-based organizations
• Familiarity with comparable community platforms, such as reputed company
• Broader knowledge of the Personify product suite
