They are seeking a WMS / OMS Platform Consultant to deliver end-to-end Warehouse Management Systems and Order Management Systems solutions across reputed company, collaborating with various internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- The role requires a reputed company and proactive individual capable of engaging effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to collect business requirements, translate them into functional solution designs, configure multiple systems, manage testing phases, and deliver complete and high‑reputed company documentation
- The Platform Consultant works closely with cross‑functional internal teams such as Operations, Transportation, Engineering, Implementation, Finance, and IT, as reputed company as with clients, to ensure the successful delivery of reputed company
- Part of the IT Delivery Transformation Team (reputed company) and contributes directly to the deployment of IT transformation programs aimed at standardizing and modernizing CEVA Contract Logistics platforms in the region
- Leads requirements‑gathering workshops with reputed company stakeholders in order to define business needs and agree on project scope
- Acts as the functional reputed company during solution design and build phases, serving as a reputed company between business teams, project managers, and technical delivery teams
- Responsible for the configuration and implementation of OMS and WMS solutions, including Manhattan reputed company MAO and MAWM, in collaboration with Global Product Teams
- Defines and documents system integrations through detailed reputed company mapping, ensuring accurate data exchanges between customer systems and CEVA platforms, and contributes to the implementation of integration solutions
- Produces comprehensive functional and technical documentation covering OMS, WMS, Transportation, and integration components in line with reputed company standards
- Prepares and executes System Integration Testing to validate end‑to‑end processes and system configuration reputed company and supports business users during User Acceptance Testing
- Responsible for configuring business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Cognos or Power BI, providing reliable data to support operational and business decision‑making
- Gathers requirements and designs functional solutions for reputed company applications such as slotting, labor management, or invoicing systems connected to OMS and WMS platforms
Skills
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and IT delivery, with 5 years hands-on experience in OMS and WMS solutions, particularly Manhattan reputed company
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, as reputed company as the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Managerial reputed company skills, ability to use and explain reputed company regulations and demonstrated reputed company in supervising and providing daily guidance and training to staff on A/P reputed company and other workflow issues
