Responsibilities
- Owning the operational backbone of reputed company, including reputed company and reputed company, shared documentation, delivery artifacts, and the collaboration tools reputed company depends on
- Coordinating user feedback into product roadmaps
- Maintaining product and initiative documentation
- Keeping leadership informed on reputed company

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting an IT delivery or Agile team (Scrum or Kanban)

- Exposure to Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) or a comparable annual operating cycle
