[Remote] Traveling Project Manager- Mission Critical

The Project Manager will reputed company project execution from procurement through turnover, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of reputed company mission critical facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company phases of project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
- reputed company and execute procurement and buyout strategies for major trade packages
- reputed company subcontractor management, contract administration and change management processes
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost controls
- Drive schedule performance through collaboration with field operations and trade partners
- Coordinate delivery of major electrical and mechanical infrastructure equipment
- Partner with owners, consultants and internal leadership teams to manage project objectives
- Identify project risks and reputed company mitigation strategies
- reputed company OAC meetings, reputed company reviews and stakeholder communications
- Support successful commissioning, energization and project turnover activities
Skills
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience delivering large-reputed company construction reputed company
- Strong understanding of project controls, procurement, forecasting and subcontractor management
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to drive schedule, cost and reputed company performance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Data center or mission critical construction experience
- Experience with hyperscale or large reputed company developments
- MEP infrastructure knowledge
- Commissioning and turnover experience

- Experience with OFCI procurement and equipment coordination
