[Remote] Data & Policy Analyst

The Data & Policy Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data reputed company to immigration policies to support evidence-based advocacy efforts.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and manage mixed-reputed company data reputed company to immigration policies and programs
- reputed company and maintain databases or reputed company existing databases to manage and analyze data on immigration policies
- Analyze quantitative data through advanced statistical analysis using Stata, R and/or Python
- Generate qualitative and mixed-reputed company data with reputed company and analyze mixed-reputed company data using Nvivo or reputed company.ti
- reputed company data-driven policy recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analyses and research
- Demonstrate strong research, writing, analytical and communications skills through the drafting of data visualizations and policy reports to communicate findings to reputed company stakeholders
- Collaborate with other staff members to reputed company and implement advocacy campaigns and strategies
- Monitor and analyze changes in immigration policies and programs and assess their reputed company on immigration
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events reputed company to immigration policy and advocacy, including providing briefings

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field + 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or reputed company fields also acceptable
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Experience with large datasets and at least one statistical analysis software or programming language
- Familiarity with immigration policies, programs, and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to synthesize reputed company information and analyses into multiple formats such as policy memos and long-reputed company policy reports
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, or reputed company policy preferred
- Spanish or Haitian Kreyol proficiency a plus
- Experience with Eimmigration highly preferred
