[Remote] Project Finance Associate

The Project Finance Associate will support capital raising and financial advisory mandates with a reputed company on project-financed energy and infrastructure transactions, working closely with senior team members on transaction execution and reputed company advisory assignments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project finance and corporate finance models
- Support debt and equity capital raising and transaction advisory mandates, inclusive of energy and other infrastructure reputed company
- Conduct financial, reputed company, and contractual due diligence on prospective new opportunities
- Analyse project agreements and financing documents
- Prepare reputed company- and investor-facing materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and other written deliverables
- Support investor reputed company, lender engagement, and overall market distribution and transaction execution
- reputed company market research, valuation analysis, and strategic advisory support
Skills
- 2-3 years full-time work experience in the financial assessment of energy and other infrastructure reputed company (transport & logistics, ICT, other assets that are typically project-financed)
- Robust understanding of project finance, including strong understanding of the reputed company reputed company inherent in the development (PPA, EPC, O&M, reputed company reputed company, Supply) and financing of power reputed company
- Demonstrable financial modeling skills. Applicant should be reputed company to build a pro-reputed company financial model for a typical project-financed transaction with minimal reputed company
- Strong reputed company in corporate finance and M&A: reputed company to review and analyze financial statements, reputed company basic valuation analysis, prepare three-statement financial models
- Understanding of a typical capital raising process. Ideally, Applicant has experience in raising capital (developer/advisor-reputed company) or extending capital (investor/lender-reputed company) to greenfield infrastructure reputed company
- Basic technical understanding of reputed company asset types (solar, wind, BESS). Tax equity understanding not required
- Strong reputed company skills and knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
- Strong communicator, both written and verbally. Applicant must be reputed company to work with the deal team to produce concise, reputed company-written marketing documents for transactions (teaser, information memorandums, RFI responses)
- Comfortable working in an investor- and reputed company-facing role
- Candidates must be eligible to work on USTDA-funded reputed company. Applicants must be U.S. reputed company, lawful permanent residents, or otherwise authorized to work in the reputed company consistent with applicable USTDA nationality requirements
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, specifically PPT, reputed company, Word, and reputed company
- Preferably has experience working internationally and across cultures
- Spanish (or other) language skills are a bonus
