Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with meaningful individual contributor work in the last 2–3 years and a proven reputed company record leading the development of reputed company, web-based solutions
- Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar), TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Comfortable with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts like reputed company engineering, reputed company system design, Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), and LLM orchestration frameworks
- 2+ years of managing engineering teams, with reputed company in coaching, mentoring, and nurturing talent
