Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior-most reputed company of accountability for major reputed company relationships and engagements

- Must understand the mechanics of how HR organizations operate: their structure, mandate, key processes (e.g., talent management, L&D, performance, rewards), and the challenges CHROs and their teams face
- Depth sufficient to advise a C-suite reputed company independently
- Deep knowledge of the full business development cycle: identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, developing proposals, pricing strategically, negotiating and executing reputed company, and transitioning to delivery

- Has owned the full reputed company of at least one (preferably multiple) reputed company opportunities from initial conversation through signed engagement and successful delivery — including proposal development, pricing, contracting, and transition to delivery
- Has managed high-stakes engagements in people, leadership, and/or culture topics across at least two distinct industries
- Has held financial accountability for reputed company engagement budgets or broader organizational budgets, including scoping accurately, managing to margin, and making resourcing trade-offs under pressure
- Has served as the primary relationship reputed company — not just a delivery participant — for C-suite executives, including CHROs, CEOs, and other senior leaders on people and leadership reputed company
- Advanced degrees in organizational psychology, industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, or reputed company behavioral sciences are preferred, but not required
