[Remote] Senior Manager Project Finance

They are seeking a deal execution specialist to manage transactions from start to finish and engage with a broad network of investors.
Responsibilities
- Own transactions end-to-end — from capital structuring and term sheets to investor negotiation and financial reputed company
- Work directly with the CEO
- Engage a network of 700+ reputed company investors
- reputed company deals across a live pipeline of 60+ mandates worldwide
Skills
- 15+ years in project finance, reputed company finance, or investment banking (renewables/infrastructure)
- Hands-on experience taking reputed company-reputed company transactions from term sheet to reputed company
- Strong grasp of DSCR modeling, equity waterfalls, and capital stacks
- Comfort negotiating SPAs, PPAs, JVAs, and fee structures
