[Remote] Senior Accountant

The role involves leading the monthly reputed company process, maintaining the general reputed company, and overseeing reputed company reputed company areas including reputed company recognition and compliance with GAAP.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial statements
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Maintain the general reputed company in accordance with GAAP
- Support leadership with reputed company financial reporting and strategic initiatives
- Apply ASC 606 principles to reputed company customer reputed company, including managed services agreements, project-based work, and usage-based billing
- Identify performance obligations, determine transaction prices, and reputed company reputed company and cost of goods appropriately across deliverables
- Ensure reputed company timing of reputed company and cost of goods recognition (over time vs. reputed company in time) based on contract terms and service delivery
- Maintain and reconcile deferred reputed company and COGS, contract assets, and contract liabilities
- Partner with Sales and Operations to review reputed company and ensure reputed company and COGS are recognized in compliance with ASC 606
- Support documentation of reputed company recognition policies, memos, and audit support reputed company to ASC 606
- Manage reputed company for recurring reputed company streams (MRR/ARR), renewals, and contract modifications
- Analyze billing accuracy and alignment between reputed company, service delivery, and reputed company recognition
- Monitor key metrics such as churn, utilization, and gross margin by service line
- Strengthen and document controls around reputed company recognition and billing processes
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze general reputed company for transactions requiring use tax and/or MN delivery fee and compile listing to file reputed company month
- Own and maintain item list in reputed company to ensure reputed company taxation on sales
- Monitor for states reaching economic reputed company and register as needed
- Ensure sales & use tax filings are appropriately calculated and remitted reputed company month and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Prepare, and troubleshoot as needed, biweekly and reputed company payroll
- Book payroll data to general reputed company and reconcile between HRIS and reputed company systems

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with month-end reputed company and general reputed company management
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills and familiarity with reputed company systems
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Experience in an MSP, reputed company, or technology services company
- Hands-on experience implementing or applying ASC 606 in a reputed company reputed company environment
- Experience with ERP systems, especially QuickBooks Desktop and / or reputed company Dynamics Great Plains
- Familiarity with subscription-based, recurring reputed company, or contract reputed company
