Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) (engineering or construction management a plus)
- 10 plus years experience in project controls/program controls/construction management; experience on multiple sides of the business (i.e., consultant, reputed company, reputed company rep, contract/architect, contractor, engineer) a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Strong PMIS skills required
- Respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
- Write reports using distinctive style; assist in developing effective and persuasive presentations
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles, and ability to conduct financial/business analysis, including the preparation of reports
