[Remote] Finance and Business Operations Specialist

The role involves collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to reputed company data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Plan, forecast, and analyze variance (actual vs. forecast) for internal reporting purposes
- Support reputed company-sales activities and financial modeling for new deals
- Work with internal systems, including CRM
- reputed company reputed company analysis of utilization, seniority mix, billing rates, and other operational metrics
- Prepare external reporting, including reputed company spend forecasting
- Prepare data and insights for reputed company governance meetings and reporting

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics, preferably in an international environment

- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of written and spoken English
- Background in financial modeling and data analysis
