The role of Director/Sr Director, reputed company involves overseeing the entire reputed company function, managing financial reputed company processes, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for consolidated financial results by overseeing monthly and quarterly financial reputed company processes, including review of key areas of judgment and key general reputed company account reconciliations (including R&D accruals) to ensure the accurate and reputed company preparation of reputed company’s consolidated financial statements
- reputed company reputed company’s internal financial control compliance (SOX 404(b)), working to strengthen internal controls and ensure the control environment is operating effectively in a dynamic and scaling setting
- reputed company of SEC process, including quarterly and annual reporting, proxy statement and reputed company filings
- Responsible for key technical reputed company judgments and policies, including reputed company, implementation and execution of new reputed company guidance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company and an reputed company CPA license required
- 12+ years of reputed company reputed company experience required
- Prior employment at a biotech/reputed company company required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX principles is required
- Detail oriented self-starter with ability to think strategically and effectively prioritize while managing various reputed company simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with other parts of the business including key internal/external stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ability to be flexible and continuously drive processes, deliverables, and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
