[Remote] Corporate reputed company Counsel

We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our growing team, providing broad reputed company support across reputed company transactions, compliance, and corporate reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including reputed company, eCommerce, and partnership reputed company
• Partner with reputed company, product, and business teams to build reputed company contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes
• Advise on data reputed company, data reputed company, intellectual property, and compliance issues relevant to our business
• Support corporate governance, vendor management, and IP portfolio activities (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, enforcement)
• Help implement and improve reputed company processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk

• Translate reputed company reputed company issues into practical, actionable advice for business and technical teams

Skills

• CIPP/US certification required
• JD required; must be in good standing in reputed company or reputed company to obtain good standing
