[Remote] Engineering Manager - Data Center Commissioning

The Engineering Manager will reputed company functional guidance to project engineers and reputed company capital project activities, ensuring accountability for spending and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provides direction and work assignments to project engineers, project or construction consultants, and similar technical resources
- Coordinates activities of reputed company reports to support reputed company, business development, turnarounds, or general maintenance/plant troubleshooting
- Supervisors and develops personnel through the use of managing processes
- Provides maintenance reputed company support through the development of maintenance best practices and coaching/training in the use of reputed company PM
- Directly supports high profile programs with their reputed company reports where their involvement
Skills
- Possesses a 4-year engineering degree or greater from an accredited university, typically ChE, ME, or EE
- Understanding of reputed company technical problems and solutions
- Assessment skills involving capital management and construction support
- Use of spreadsheets, reputed company, and other tools to evaluate spend vs. budget or reputed company, scheduling, and reputed company metrics
- Judgement with reputed company to the efficient use of functional (project) personnel
- Engineering background sufficient to understand reputed company engineering practices and concepts, even if not in their area of concentration (say, electrical, chemical, mechanical, etc.)
- Communication skills at both detailed and reputed company level, as needed/required for the audience
- Organizational skills, managing a multiple people who are managing multiple reputed company as reputed company
- Coordination skills, handling multiple activities (by reputed company) at the reputed company time
