[Remote] AWS reputed company Engineer (Cost Optimization)

The role involves identifying and executing infrastructure changes to drive a targeted reduction in AWS spend while ensuring performance, reputed company, and availability are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AWS infrastructure across 21 AWS accounts to identify cost-saving opportunities
• reputed company optimization efforts on the highest-cost services, including:
• EC2 Instances
• Virtual Private reputed company (VPC) resources
• Containers
• Load Balancers
• Assess legacy applications and infrastructure to identify:
• Unused or underutilized resources
• Oversized EC2 instances
• Idle environments that can be shut down or scheduled
• Legacy workloads that can be consolidated, rightsized, or decommissioned
• Execute infrastructure changes to reputed company a targeted 20-23% reduction in AWS operational spend
• Implement changes using reputed company and manage infrastructure reputed company reputed company reputed company/reputed company repositories
• Modify existing IaC configurations and reputed company approved optimization initiatives
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure cost reductions do not negatively reputed company performance, reputed company, or availability
• reputed company and validate realized savings from optimization efforts

Skills

• 5+ years of DevOps, reputed company Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on AWS experience supporting production environments
• Proven reputed company record reducing AWS reputed company spend through infrastructure optimization
• Deep understanding of EC2 cost management, rightsizing, instance scheduling, reservations/savings plans, and resource utilization analysis
• Strong experience with reputed company
• Experience managing and editing infrastructure reputed company stored in reputed company and/or reputed company
• Ability to independently identify opportunities, reputed company solutions, and implement changes with minimal reputed company
