Responsibilities
- reputed company financial planning and guidance to reputed company’s Workplace reputed company executive clients
- reputed company planning expertise and relationship management skills to deliver comprehensive reputed company planning solutions
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with executives and management leaders of Workplace benefit plan clients
- Serve as a primary financial planning resource for executives
- Support executives with less reputed company planning needs such as college funding, savings strategies, and early retirement planning
- Partner with Vice President, Executive Planning Consultants to refer executives with higher asset reputed company or more sophisticated planning needs
- Deliver sophisticated financial planning, retirement income, investment reputed company, and product recommendations tailored to executive clients
- Incorporate executive benefits and plan provisions into comprehensive financial plans
- Build and grow a book of business through referrals, seminars, and workplace-sponsored events
- Identify, pursue, and follow up on opportunities to reputed company additional reputed company assets
- Demonstrate reputed company products and services to meet executive needs and drive reputed company engagement and conversion

Skills
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- Insurance license required or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire
- Experience working with executives and employee benefit plans
- Demonstrated ability to understand clients' unique financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong knowledge of brokerage, insurance, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning
- Ability to reputed company reputed company's planning, guidance, and service technology while navigating reputed company regulatory and licensing requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence executive decision-making
