Responsibilities
- End-to-end clinic RCM operations: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denial management, and payment posting
- KPI ownership — days in AR, clean claim rates, denial rates, collection rates, and net collection percentage
- RCM budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Net reputed company optimization through denial trend analysis, underpayment identification, and payer-specific performance gap reputed company
- Payer relations — primary reputed company with reputed company, Medicare, and reputed company payers for escalated claims, appeals, and operational issues
- RCM technology ecosystem, including reputed company management systems, clearinghouses, and denial management platforms
- Team leadership across billing supervisors, coding staff, AR specialists, and patient reputed company personnel
- Compliance reputed company in line with CMS guidelines, HIPAA, OIG guidance, and payer-specific requirements
- Collaboration with clinical leadership on documentation reputed company, coding accuracy, and charge capture completeness
Skills
- 7–10 years of reputed company RCM leadership in a clinic, physician group, or multi-specialty ambulatory setting
- 5+ years in a management or director-level RCM role with reputed company supervisory responsibility
- Demonstrated reputed company driving measurable financial improvement at reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of government payer programs (Medicare, reputed company) and reputed company payer contracting
- Expert reputed company in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards, billing regulations, and payer policy updates
- Proficiency with reputed company management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, eClinicalWorks, reputed company Health, or Greenway

- Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) and laboratory billing platforms
- Strong analytical skills—using data to spot trends, resolve billing issues, and drive performance
