Responsibilities
- Supporting planning and execution of The Art of Care Initiative programs, including workshops, performances, convenings, and interdisciplinary collaborations
- Managing and coordinating relationships with internal reputed company partners, including School of Health, Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, Global Health Institute, reputed company Commons, as reputed company as external partners
- Providing In Your Shoes™ Program Support (The Lab’s signature IYS program is the reputed company methodology for the Initiative)
- Assisting with communications for the The Art of Care Initiative (reputed company and marketing)
- Supporting scheduling, coordination, and internal communication across Initiative activities
- Assisting with budget tracking, reporting, and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational / administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in arts-based practices, storytelling, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in event coordination, arts programming, or community-based work is a plus
