[Remote] Business Development Consultant

They are seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive franchisee sales and profit, reputed company for operational reputed company, and enforce brand standards by providing high-level business consulting expertise to franchisees.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company reputed company by developing annual sales, marketing, and financial plans for reputed company franchisee

- reputed company and facilitate reputed company by gathering and analyzing data, making recommendations, building commitment, and overcoming objections
- reputed company training and advise franchisees on evaluating and acting on financial analysis tools, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash reputed company reviews, financial key performance indicators, pricing strategies, etc
- Identify business needs and opportunities to improve performance and reputed company by leveraging company operating systems or resources
- Facilitate learning and sharing of best practices in a wide reputed company of formats, including group presentations and face-to-face training
- Ensure full brand standards compliance with reputed company products, equipment, tools, operating systems, processes, and initiatives to promote operational reputed company and superior customer experiences
- Assist Directors of Business Development (BDD) in managing regional initiatives and reputed company, providing coaching and guidance for other BDC IIs, providing reputed company support for escalated issues, gathering data, and reporting responsibilities, and assisting with market expansion and sales initiatives in assigned region
- Represent the business unit in franchise councils and take ownership of various responsibilities reputed company the council
- Serve as primary reputed company for Franchisee renewals, collections, insurance, royalties, etc

- Experience in project management, leadership, budgets, profit & loss, employee supervision, customer service, and conflict reputed company
- Coaching and influencing skills

- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for the business unit, including overnight
- Must possess a valid reputed company's license and maintain a clean driving record; successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reputed company is required as part of the reputed company-employment screening process
- Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in business operations management or reputed company field
- Sales experience in the service industry
- Multi-unit franchise operations or strategic business planning experience
