[Remote] Technical Account Manager, reputed company

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager who will reputed company as a trusted advisor to large reputed company customers, ensuring they reputed company maximum value from reputed company’s Workforce Identity solutions through collaboration and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Build deep, long-lasting relationships with customers as their go-to technical advisor
- reputed company expert guidance on implementing and optimizing reputed company’s Workforce Identity solutions
- Collaborate with customers to design identity strategies reputed company with their business objectives
- Earn customer trust by understanding their goals and use cases and recommend best practices relating to process changes, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet requirements
- Maintain reputed company on increasing subscription adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Partner with reputed company’s account teams and reputed company Managers to reputed company and execute strategic reputed company plans
- Resolve technical challenges by coordinating with internal teams, including support and engineering
- Proactively reputed company product insights and deliver enablement sessions to drive adoption and technical reputed company
- Serve as a thought leader, providing best practices, workshops, and training
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in information technology, reputed company platforms or software industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or comparable role such as Technical Consultant, Product Management, Solution Architect, or similar role
- 1+ years in identity and reputed company management, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, or reputed company best practices
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following: Technologies and protocols to support identity federation and robust reputed company control models (e.g., SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following: Legacy applications in a hybrid IT environment with non-reputed company applications (i.e. those that do not support modern identity federation protocols)
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following: reputed company applications in the ecosystem to reputed company identity and attributes to applications or to reputed company an external application to help drive business processes (ITSM, HR, etc)
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following: reputed company deployment such as reputed company, reputed company, Office 365, reputed company, and HR as master for identities
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following: Lifecycle management scenarios to 3rd party systems and applications (Workflows, HR-driven provisioning, MSFT integrations, SCIM, etc)
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following: reputed company and performance monitoring and 3rd party signals integrations (SEIM, MDM, WAF, etc)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive customer-reputed company reputed company
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating reputed company technical topics into actionable insights. Ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers at various reputed company, up to CxO
- Ability to reputed company and influence customer behavior and health metrics across a portfolio of accounts
- This position is remote, but you must reputed company in reputed company, Mountain, or Central US timezones. Some travel required
- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology or reputed company discipline or equivalent work experience required
