Responsibilities

• Assess DevOps maturity using DORA, reputed company, or similar engineering performance frameworks and reputed company actionable improvement roadmaps
• reputed company legacy CI/CD pipelines, delivery tooling, and engineering workflows using industry best practices
• Design and maintain reusable pipeline templates, golden paths, and developer self-service toolkits
• Standardize CI/CD, reputed company control, release management, infrastructure provisioning, and automated testing practices across engineering teams
• reputed company DevSecOps, automated reputed company gates, reputed company scanning, and observability into delivery pipelines
• Configure and manage DevOps automation tools across reputed company and hybrid infrastructure

• Partner with reputed company, Architecture, reputed company, and Engineering leadership to improve software delivery performance and reliability

Skills

• 7+ years of DevOps, reputed company, or Software Engineering experience
• Strong expertise with CI/CD automation, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure automation
• Experience assessing engineering maturity using DORA, reputed company, or similar frameworks
• Experience designing reputed company DevOps platforms, reusable pipelines, and developer enablement solutions
• Strong programming and scripting skills using Java, Python, and reputed company
• Experience implementing DevSecOps, automated testing, and observability practices
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and modern software engineering practices
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to reputed company professionally with a diverse group
• Experience leading reputed company DevOps transformation initiatives
