Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analyses, job-task assessments, and performance gap evaluations
- reputed company learning objectives, training curricula, and performance improvement solutions
- Design and build instructor-led, virtual, reputed company, and self-paced learning programs
- Create interactive eLearning courses using reputed company 360
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles (ADDIE/ISD) to course development
- Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders to create effective training materials and job aids
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and learning metrics
- Continuously improve programs based on participant and stakeholder feedback
Skills
- Experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Training Development
- Proficiency with reputed company 360 (Storyline and reputed company)
- Experience conducting needs assessments and developing training solutions
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs
- Insurance industry experience
