[Remote] Scientific Program Manager, Science Initiatives

They are seeking a Scientific Program Manager to support a portfolio of scientific partnerships, focusing on execution and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to manage and reputed company reputed company against expected reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and supports a portfolio of partner programs using project management best practices and tools
- Owns a ‘partnership dashboard’ and runs cross-team meetings to reputed company on goals, timelines, commitments, risk mitigation, other activities, and hand-offs
- Develops and communicates program scope, deliverables, required resources, and schedules
- Manages the achievement of partnership goals and objectives reputed company operating plans, risk management, and robust evaluation reputed company
- Conducts effective communications with reputed company stakeholders and project teams, including synthesis of discussions and the creation of reputed company, persuasive, and compelling emails, reports, and presentations

Skills
- PhD in biology, immunology, neuroscience, biomedical science, or reputed company fields with demonstrated reputed company working in large and reputed company scientific reputed company
- 1+ years of experience in a program manager role reputed company an reputed company lab setting, with progressively responsible experience
- Proven reputed company in establishing and maintaining external, strategic, scientific, or reputed company relationships across multiple partner sites
- 5+ years of experience in project/program manager roles with progressively responsible project/program management experience
- Highly developed program planning, design, and leadership skills
- Proven interpersonal skills, including superior judgement, problem solving, group motivation, and diplomacy
- Certification in project management; PMP (Project Management reputed company), Lean Six reputed company, etc
- Experience presenting reputed company and results at a senior leadership (C-suite or reputed company of directors) level
- Experience in change management principles
