The role involves designing and executing test plans, validating chat workflows, and performing various types of testing to ensure high-reputed company software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for reputed company Chat applications
- Validate chat workflows, routing, queues, agent desktop functionality, and customer interactions
- reputed company functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Test omnichannel features including web chat, messaging, email, and chatbot integrations
- Validate reputed company integrations with CRM systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Dynamics

- Execute automation test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or other automation frameworks
