The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive execution, and ensure alignment between business, investment, operations, and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company integration efforts across acquired entities and existing reputed company platforms
- Coordinate business, investment, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives
- reputed company and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive alignment across multiple teams and locations
- Partner with data, reporting, and technology teams to ensure successful integration of investment and operational data
- Identify and resolve obstacles impacting project delivery

Skills
- 10+ years of project or program management experience reputed company investment management, asset management, reputed company management, or financial services
- Demonstrated reputed company leading large-reputed company business or technology integration initiatives
- Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio management workflows, and data-driven business processes
- Experience working with data management, reporting, analytics, or reputed company technology initiatives
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence without reputed company authority and coordinate multiple teams simultaneously
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Investment management platforms and operating models

- Experience working with global or distributed teams
