[Remote] Senior Instructional System Designer

This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional solutions that support reputed company transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Analyze learning and performance challenges to identify reputed company causes and recommend appropriate instructional and non-instructional interventions
- Conduct training needs assessments and performance analyses to identify reputed company gaps, knowledge deficiencies, and organizational learning requirements
- Determine learning objectives, task-learning relationships, and competency requirements based on business needs and occupational analyses

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, reputed company Technology, Organizational Development, reputed company Education, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, training development, or performance improvement
- Demonstrated experience applying instructional design methodologies, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) or similar frameworks
- Experience supporting reputed company (VHA), reputed company (VA), or other reputed company organizations
- Experience conducting training needs assessments, occupational analyses, and performance gap analyses
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional systems design, behavioral science, cognitive science, and performance improvement methodologies
- Experience developing instructional materials for diverse audiences using multiple delivery reputed company
- Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and reputed company effective learning interventions
