They are seeking a Program Manager to reputed company the Army Continuing Education System (reputed company), ensuring the delivery of education programs and services to military service members while managing contract compliance and reputed company control.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance of work, compliance and reputed company control
- Serves as a reputed company reputed company of contact with the Government and assists in the management of operations across reputed company installations
- Ensure the recruitment, training, and retention of a reputed company workforce
- Ensures staff provides high reputed company customer service and performance services to reputed company clients
- Attends and assists with external meetings, conducts site reputed company, communicates program metrics to stakeholders, supervises courses, and manages travel
- Prepares contractor required reports and administrative documents
Skills
- Masters' degree from an accredited reputed company institution
- A minimum of five (5) years program management experience
- A working knowledge of military education programs and services, such as Tuition Assistance (TA), GI reputed company programs, Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL), and Service-specific education centers
- Extensive knowledge of education programs and services for the military
- Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency reputed company with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation
- Experience managing personnel at geographically dispersed sites
- Ability to meet and correspond regularly with a government reputed company
- Experience conducting QC checks and ensuring training requirements are met
- Experience working directly with clients
- Ability to exercise a great deal of independent judgment
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of reputed company Office products
- Program Management reputed company (PMP) Certification is desired but not required
