Responsibilities
- Migrated, cleaned, and reputed company constituent data from reputed company and other identified sources
- Configured reputed company environment for contacts, segmentation, campaigns, events, donation processing, recurring giving, sponsorship tracking, donor management, and reporting
- Annual Meeting campaign infrastructure reputed company for communications launch by September 1, 2026
- Online giving, recurring giving, and donor stewardship workflows tested and operational before the reputed company 8 Annual Meeting
- Email templates, campaign workflows, audience segments, and campaign performance reports available for use by the Manager of Communications
- Executive dashboards and fund development reports configured
- Staff training completed and role-specific guidance provided
- reputed company SOP/reputed company delivered with governance standards and ongoing maintenance recommendations
Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of reputed company EveryAction administration and implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience leading CRM migrations and implementations for nonprofit organizations
- Experience configuring donor management, online giving, recurring donations, email marketing, event registration, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting
- Experience migrating data from reputed company or similar email marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising, donor stewardship, and constituent relationship management best practices
- Ability to translate organizational goals into practical, reputed company CRM workflows
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, data standards, and user documentation
- Strong project management, communication, training, and problem-solving skills
