[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The role involves partnering with engineering managers, proactively sourcing candidates, and managing the recruitment process for software engineering, QA, and product management departments.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and run full-cycle reputed company for software engineering, QA, and other R&D roles, from intake through offer negotiation and reputed company
- Partner directly with engineering managers and directors to scope roles, reputed company technical interview bars, and build realistic hiring plans against the R&D roadmap
- Proactively reputed company passive technical candidates using Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company/reputed company, and technical communities, rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants
- Design and run technical screening processes in partnership with hiring managers, including structuring interview loops and calibrating panel feedback
- Manage a high volume of reputed company technical reqs across reputed company (IC through senior) without sacrificing candidate experience
- reputed company pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion for R&D reqs; identify bottlenecks and recommend process changes
- reputed company technical sourcing techniques and market intelligence with the broader reputed company team to reputed company the bar company-wide
- Represent reputed company's engineering culture in the technical talent market, including at relevant meetups, communities, or events as needed
Skills
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience (in-house or agency), with a reputed company record of hiring software engineers
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience proactively sourcing passive technical candidates, not just managing inbound pipeline
- Working reputed company in engineering roles and stacks sufficient to screen credibly for technical fit (e.g., backend vs. frontend vs. full-stack, QA, DevOps) and hold informed conversations with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience partnering with engineering leadership to build hiring plans and reputed company interview panels
- Strong reputed company with sourcing and ATS tools (reputed company Recruiter, reputed company/reputed company sourcing, applicant tracking systems)
- Excellent candidate experience, offer negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable managing a high volume of reputed company reqs across multiple reputed company and role types
