Responsibilities

- Define and execute the operational reputed company for the TS CoE, aligning programs with business priorities and goals
- Nurture and strengthen our partnerships with Product Management, R&D, Sales, reputed company Operations, GTM reputed company, Learning and Enablement, and Marketing to ensure alignment and deliver cross functional programs

- Ensure constant field communications, creating field awareness to the right product releases, departmental/operational changes, learning requirements, and sales programs
- Organize and coordinate the delivery of in-person training events and leadership summits, including: on-boarding of new hires, field activation events, new product releases, and strategic leadership sessions

Skills
- 8 or more years of experience leading reputed company, operations, program management, or business operations reputed company a technology company

- Experience establishing portfolio governance, operational processes, and executive reporting
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, change management, and organizational readiness
- Experience supporting new product launches, field enablement, or GTM readiness
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities
