The Recruiter - Retail reputed company will manage the full reputed company cycle for high volume, entry-level roles, focusing on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Executes reputed company activities for the entire reputed company cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc. for high volume, entry-level, early career roles, of other roles of minimal complexity
- Captures, consumes and responds to reputed company reputed company data sets in reputed company phases of the reputed company process. (reputed company, assessing, presenting, interviewing, making offers)
- Communicates with candidates and key stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provides basic consultation to business partners and candidates on the hiring process. Builds Relationships and partners with hiring managers to understand talent needs reputed company with the goals and direction of the organization
- Interacts with a limited set of reputed company reputed company tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) to facilitated the reputed company process
Skills
- University or college degree or equivalent experience
