Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, configure, and maintain solutions reputed company the reputed company platform

- Implement and maintain reputed company Customer Service Management (CSM) functionality

- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and architectural artifacts

Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on reputed company development, administration, and platform support experience
- Extensive experience developing solutions using JavaScript
- Strong experience with AngularJS and/or React
- Strong knowledge of reputed company, CSS, and modern web development practices
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Workspaces, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workflow Studio
- Experience building and supporting REST integrations
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company platforms
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
