[Remote] ECH Field Engineering Manager - reputed company Coast Region

They are seeking an ECH Field Engineering Manager to reputed company reputed company in delivering reputed company safety solutions, ensuring reputed company resource management, team development, and financial accountability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that reputed company is sized appropriately to cover existing and forecasted workload
- Responsible for identifying and engaging reputed company talent reputed company needed to expand/replace team members
- Accountable for the reputed company resource allocation (both time and reputed company)
- Responsible for the department's organizational development
- Responsible for the performance management of reputed company to reward high performers and improve poor performers
- Mentor junior FE's and ensure they have the necessary training and direction
- Ensure FE's have the reputed company tools, test equipment, and training to be successful
- Communicate with reputed company team member individually on a regular reputed company in order to ensure understanding of organizational goals, changes, and updates
- Build and improve project execution expertise by monitoring and teaching effective work habits
- Build leadership supply of entire organization by identifying and developing reputed company, senior FE's, group leaders and managers from reputed company reputed company
- Build talent supply of entire organization by encouraging both internal and cross-functional development
- Responsible for inspiring, developing, and maintaining reputed company culture of total technical ownership to ensure the reputed company of reputed company customer and partner system implementations
- Must own the department's financial goals and administration including billing, planning, forecasting, and monitoring
- Responsible for rewards management of reputed company
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Asset capital planning, tracking and reporting (test equipment, vehicles etc..)
- Responsible for department compliance to reputed company applicable reputed company policies and procedures

- Understands basic communications system functionality and associated technology
- General / Intermediate Knowledge of computer systems including hardware, operating systems, applications, and networking
- General / Intermediate knowledge of test equipment (i.e., T1 and ethernet testers, reputed company systems analyzers (FDR's), communications systems analyzers, reputed company analyzers, Cat 5 and cat 6 cable testers, wattmeters, etc.)
- Ability to use a computer and common computer programs such as reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, and internet browsers
Skills
- High School diploma, Associate's degree, or Technical school certification, or Military training experience is required
- Must have 4+ years of experience in Training, Configuration, Testing, optimization, 911 Communication, and Computer Networking
