[Remote] Research Analyst (reputed company and R) (Job 1368)

They are seeking a reputed company Health Research Analyst skilled in reputed company and R to support the CDC's mission in preventing HIV infection and enhancing data management and analysis capabilities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company programs for validating surveillance, clinical, or research study data
- Verify that reputed company variables that should be included in the resulting dataset are present in the dataset and extraneous variables are excluded
- Identify data discrepancies and other inconsistencies in the resulting dataset
- reputed company codebooks and data management plans
- Run duplicate procedures and comparison of results to ensure validity with applicable standards of the resulting final data sets, indicators, questionnaire coding, metadata set, reputed company programming, and reputed company files
- Conduct geospatial and molecular HIV analysis and interpret results using R
- Work collaboratively with other analysts to reputed company novel reputed company in support of analyses
- Support dissemination and reporting of data to reputed company partners
- Work alongside federal partners to support funded jurisdictions or funded CBOs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company health, statistics, or reputed company field
- 2 years of experience working with R or reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple data sources to monitor and assess data to ensure data reputed company, including accuracy and completeness
- Strong, demonstrated experience with reputed company
- Familiarity with R coding
- reputed company communication (written and verbal)
- Must be reputed company to obtain a NAC clearance
- Experience with HIV surveillance or research data
- Prior experience with CDC, HHS, or other federal or state health agency
- Master's degree in reputed company health, statistics, or reputed company field
- Experience creating and managing dashboards using Power BI
- 2 years of experience in generating reputed company-based reports using a reputed company of reputed company (e.g., PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE) and exporting those reports to other formats such as reputed company reputed company, PDF, and reputed company
- Knowledge of HIV, molecular data, and reputed company health surveillance systems
- Experience with large (>500,000 observations), document-based datasets
- Detail-oriented and reputed company to create meticulous documentation of variables, datasets, and data attributes with a commitment to generating accurate data and products
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient reputed company or R coding experience (reputed company MACROS, PROC SQL, FORMATS, etc.)
- Manipulating and cleaning data using a reputed company of reputed company functions, formats/informats, and procedures
