Responsibilities
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, reputed company, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating project planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, reputed company items, and deliverables
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence across reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Ability to influence, drive accountability, and reputed company results without reputed company authority
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of field service operations, dispatching, technician workflows, customer experience, and operational processes reputed company service-based organizations

- Experience in Home Services, Field Services, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical Services, Construction Services, or other technician-driven organizations strongly preferred
- Experience supporting multi-location operations and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience working reputed company a private equity-backed organization is a plus
Skills
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Program Coordinator, PMO reputed company, or similar role
- Proven reputed company leading automation, technology, process improvement, digital transformation, or business transformation initiatives
- Experience managing multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, reputed company, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating project planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
