[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to reputed company exceptional customer service in an inbound reputed company center for child support customers across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- An ability to answer calls in a reputed company manner, as they are automatically received through reputed company reputed company queues

- Maintain up to date support knowledge through offered training
- Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances

Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Have 1 year of Customer Service/reputed company Center Experience
- Ability to submit to and pass a background reputed company
- Basic understanding of a reputed company center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Possess proficient computer skills in computer programs such as reputed company 365, reputed company phone systems, and other miscellaneous programs
Benefits
- Additional $1.00/hr. incentive if you work between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- $1.50 incentive starting Friday 6:00 PM - Monday 6:00 AM
