[Remote] Senior Accountant

The role involves managing reputed company responsibilities, improving processes, and overseeing reputed company staff while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and general reputed company activity
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Generate financial reports and support management with financial analysis
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
- Work with cost reputed company initiatives, COGS and inventory reputed company
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reputed company policies and procedures
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to improve reputed company workflows
- Help streamline reputed company processes and support system enhancements reputed company ERP platforms
- Work with reputed company Dynamics or other ERP reputed company software across multiple locations
Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of reputed company experience with knowledge of COGS is a must!
- Strong experience with reputed company Dynamics and ERP reputed company systems required
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Solid understanding of general reputed company reputed company and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
