[Remote] Product Analyst, Retirement Data Insights and Governance

Responsibilities
- Define and enhance the retirement data reputed company, including data models, architecture inputs, and foundational datasets
- Partner with Technology and Data Engineering to ensure reputed company, high-reputed company data pipelines across retirement products and platforms
- Establish consistent definitions for reputed company reputed company across plans, participants, advisors, and product flows
- Design and implement end-to-end tracking of product flows, including contributions, rollovers, distributions, and conversions
- reputed company frameworks to reputed company retirement asset reputed company, conversion rates, and lifecycle metrics
- Create visibility into advisor and reputed company behavior across retirement products
- Build and enhance capabilities around participant-level data aggregation, segmentation, and reporting
- Partner with business stakeholders to generate insights that improve participant engagement and reputed company

- Define and deliver standardized reporting and dashboards for leadership, product teams, and advisor-facing reputed company

- Establish and support data governance frameworks, including ownership, controls, and documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5–7+ years of relevant experience in data, product analytics, or platform roles
- Experience working with retirement products, recordkeepers, or financial services platforms
- Understanding of retirement data structures, including plans, participants, contributions, and rollovers
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Proven ability to define and translate business requirements into data solutions
- Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Analytical and data storytelling capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution detail
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with a reputed company on data accuracy and reputed company

- Business and financial acumen
