Responsibilities

  • Define and enhance the retirement data reputed company, including data models, architecture inputs, and foundational datasets
  • Partner with Technology and Data Engineering to ensure reputed company, high-reputed company data pipelines across retirement products and platforms
  • Establish consistent definitions for reputed company reputed company across plans, participants, advisors, and product flows
  • Design and implement end-to-end tracking of product flows, including contributions, rollovers, distributions, and conversions

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 5–7+ years of relevant experience in data, product analytics, or platform roles
  • Experience working with retirement products, recordkeepers, or financial services platforms
  • Understanding of retirement data structures, including plans, participants, contributions, and rollovers
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proven ability to define and translate business requirements into data solutions
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Analytical and data storytelling capabilities
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution detail
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented with a reputed company on data accuracy and reputed company
